Since Father’s Day, 1965, when at age six he bought his daddy a bbq grill from Miller's hardware store, All American BBQ founder Russ Matson has been a devoted fan of food cooked over fire. His life long love of good food has been expressed at The All American BBQ since 2002. This name is reflective of the fact that his BBQ is not beholden to any one region of America, or the world for that matter, but is borrowed from anyone or anywhere where food and fire blend into a cuisine that ultimately becomes uniquely American - because like America itself its roots are found worldwide.
