Could this possibly be a trend? Granted, Lou’s “cart” (read Gator) had the AC on for his whole round against the ghosts… Straight into Summer we go! (of course there’s still heavy rain in the forecast for the weekend…

Andrew/Jerrod keep their hold on first place with a convincing win over Mitch/Larry. Defending champs Mike/Gary move into 2nd place with a big win over Kenny/Ron. Bill Drew posts low net — again! Surely the stars are in some odd alignment.

Skins / Near Pin sees another winner – Jerrod Hubbell grabs near pin with a 13’2″ on Little River hole 8 for $20. Next week we’ll play on hole #2. Skins pot of $30 was divvied 4 ways $7.50 each to Mitch, Gary, Andrew, and Mike

The original giant killers put a hurtin’ on the ghosts running up a 6-2 lead after 4 holes and then sewing up the match on the 8th hole.
Lenny/Derrick win a close one. All even after 8 holes, their bogies on hole 9 secured their 2 point win
John M had a tough day but Bill Drew’s 39 net 25 out of the B position saved the day for team 4
Are they this year’s team of destiny? A pair of net 29’s made easy work of the normally tough Hulls… but I have a feeling Andrew/Jerrod’s handicaps are moving in one direction — down — and we’ll see how they respond in the weeks to come…
