OK let’s discuss one point before moving onto the golf itself. If you’re really determined to play your match even though you can’t play on Wednesday… You’ll need to be 100% sure that you, your partner, and BOTH of your opponents can and do communicate effectively. If there are any doubts – get a substitute and play you match on Wednesday… please.

Casey/Dustin squeak out a win taking the last three holes of the match 21-3
Gary/Tom pick up points and gather momentum with a big win on their bye week
Mike still managed to take his half of the match as Yvan couldn’t quite take advantage of his handicap strokes. Substitute Gary played a rock solid match against John Z resulting in a 73-27 win for the Lors
The defending champs bounce back in a match that was closer than the 63-37 score indicated
Mitch/Chevy shoot net par to win big 81-19 over subs Thomas/Lenny
The giant killers Tony/Lou shoot identical net 31’s and coast to a big win by winning 6 of 9 holes
Some thought they were playing Thursday; then they were playing Wednesday… who called who? When? Was everybody on the same page? Will the four of them get together or is this the card of record?

None of you gamblers managed to hit and hold the green on the toughest little par 3 in the Catskills – #8 … so we’ll have a $26 carry over. Anybody new want to join in skins/near pin this week it’ll cost you $7 … should be a better than $50 win… There were FIVE skins won this week past – $7.80 to each winner
